Place is perfect. Good pricing and relatively close to what you need. Shopping and dinning options very close by. San Antonio traffic takes some getting used to. Very different traffic patters that what I am used to through out the country. Service is supper helpful!!!
Really close to the airport and near downtown so it was super convenient for this trip. Staff are all incredible. They offer a shuttle to anywhere within a few miles of the hotel and even dropped me off at my doctor appointment. Highly recommended and will definitely be staying there again soon.
We stayed at this hotel for a soccer tournament. I admit it wasn’t my first choice, but it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The floors in our room could use a shampoo, but otherwise, we had the best experience overall. It was the perfect size for our family of 4, surprisingly quiet, decent breakfast, well-located, and the front desk staff was truly amazing. They were so helpful and friendly, it was refreshing-even as a fellow Texan. I would highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely be back.
Would be 4 stars but the mini fridge never cooled down. Some of the wallpaper needs replacing. The mattress was OK, not overly lumpy but guess it's foam & not a traditional innerspring type. But AC & TV works. Smart move to separate the toilet from the shower. It allows access to the others sharing the suite while the other person is showering or using the lavatory.
Rooms are cozy and quiet. Personal from the hotel are super nice and helpful. Jennifer was very helpful with nice a smile. Noelia during the night was also very nice and helpful.
The room was very good for a single night stay. Although the hotel is located next to the airport, there's no noises and you can rest. I also took the shuttle service to the airport. Fast and good.
I had some issues with my reservation prior to my stay and the staff and management were beyond amazing they made me and my family feel like we were completely welcomed and met our every need! I travelled here from Clute, Texas for a high school band competition. I’m one of nine school buses carrying over 240 students. Assistant manager Jennifer and the rest of the staff were amazing and very helpful while accommodating that many people. Jennifer worked closely with us to find a solution for parking nine buses. Amazing staff and excellent customer service.
